Anchorage is a gated waterfront community found within Coconut Grove, in the southwestern area to be more specific.  All of the Anchorage homes are conveniently located near a major roadway that provides easy access to the Coconut Grove attractions and the rest of South Miami yet their very easternmost location allows lots of serenity, privacy and several miles of unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay.

Anchorage real estate is not your typical single family gated community.  Most, if not all of the properties within are European style estates which often contain five or more bedrooms and over 10,000 square feet.  All of the homes are moments from the Mayfair Shops, Coconut Grove and other neighboring cities like Coral Gables.  Anchorage Miami is a great choice if you want space combined with an excellent location.
