DeGarmo Estates

DeGarmo Estates Description

DeGarmo Estates Miami is a residential community named after influential South Florida architect William DeGarmo, responsible for buildings like Coconut Grove Elementary and the Coral Gables Bank and Post Office.  As for the community itself, DeGarmo Estates lies at the intersection of Douglas Road and Main Highway and has earned a reputation for its excellent privacy and exclusivity.

DeGarmo Estates real estate is mostly a collection of residences with at least four bedrooms and square footage that’s often more than 5,000 square feet.  The DeGarmo Estates homes are centrally located to several parks of varying size and Coconut Grove’s own array of popular sites such as CocoWalk.
