Bal Harbour Florida is considered to be one of South Florida’s finest resort areas, a small village to the north of Miami Beach well known for its high end appeal.  Despite the praise it receives, Bal Harbour still maintains a very friendly and tight knit community appeal that’s made even better by the beaches nearby and the nearness to the waterfront.

At least one of the things that’s great about Bal Harbour real estate is that there are plenty of Bal Harbour homes to choose from as well as Bal Harbour condos.  In the case of the latter, the St. Regis and One Bal Harbour are particularly acclaimed.  Bal Harbour is also near aforementioned Miami Beach and includes its own shopping center called the Bal Harbour Shops.
