San Souci Estates is a large community in the North Miami area, found just south of Broad Causeway and east of Biscayne Boulevard.  The community encompasses both inland San Souci Estates homes as well as a large assortment of waterfront homes with views of Biscayne Bay and the island of Indian Creek found over in neighboring Miami Beach.  Because of how large the community is, there is a lot of leeway in terms of where exactly you’d like to call home.
